Nora Kakavelaki is the Country Managing Director of Diaverum Greece, with over 26 years of leadership experience in healthcare and medical devices, both in Greece and internationally.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of West Attica and an MBA from the University of Leicester, and has further specialized in Strategic Marketing and Omnichannel Strategy, bringing a modern and innovative management approach to the company.

 Her career includes senior leadership roles such as President & CEO of Bard/BD Hellas S.A. and Marketing Director, Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at BD Peripheral Interventions (Becton Dickinson), where she led the countries and teams in the EMEA region and successfully guided commercial strategies in complex and highly demanding environments. Her achievements have been recognized with international awards, including the BD Global Marketing Leadership Award (2022), the BD EMEA Leadership Award (2021), as well as Country Director of the Year and the President’s Club Leadership Award at Bard (2017).
